Oh man ---

I don't think I'm actually read by anyone but a very few friends - so these posts are mostly for me.

I'm still doing Weight Watchers, though my Jillian days are on hiatus - I'm just not motivated to exercise right now. I'm trying to get the fam to go on more walks - we'll see how that goes.

This is my 2nd go round with Weight Watchers and I'll tell you that it does work. I lose small amounts each week (but I do "cheat" quite frequently), but I am always losing...and those 0.2, 0.5lb weight loss numbers eventually add up to big stuff. Luckily for me, when I quit going to meetings the first time, I didn't gain, I just maintained and through my pregnancy with Christopher, I had gained only 5-7 pounds (not counting the actual baby's weight.)

Anyway --- after my last weigh in, I'm down 21 pounds.

When I lose 2 more, I'll have lost 100 pounds (!!) from my highest. That is scary. Yes I knew I was fat...but I didn't know I was THAT fat. I literally woke up one day, weighed myself and went "Crap I'm fat!" No more "I'm chubby" "I'm big boned," etc, etc...I knew I was one big chick.

I still have at least 20 to go...probably closer to 30...before I can even set a permanent goal. We'll see what that is. Hopefully I can set that on Jan 1, 2011!
