MMMmm

I hadn't made this for a while, but it is a great Fall Drink, I got it from an old online friend's blog about 4 years ago.

The nice thing is that you don't measure anything, just plop it into the blender and adjust for your personal preference. I use sugar free pudding and fat free milk to keep it Weight Watcher friendly, but you can use regular pudding and whatever type of milk you like:

What you need:
* Ice
* Pumpkin puree (either the kind in the can OR put that jank-o-lantern to use!)
* Pumpkin Pie Spice
* SF Instant Pudding Vanilla Flavored
* Milk
* Vanilla Extract if desired

Put it all into the blender and whirl away - TaDah!! - Low calorie Pumpkin Shake! WhooHoo!! The pudding helps bulk up the shake and make it creamy.
